Faster Construction
Eco-Block is faster in construction because of it’s modular design and lightweight. When you design to suit the Eco-Block system the construction time can be reduced by approximately 30%. E.G. 260 sqm of wall installed and core-filled with concrete in six days, with site cleaned and ready for the next trades to start. That’s the equivalent to 13000 bricks. Tools used with ICF construction are typically cordless, so rain does not have to shut down the job.
Waste Control
With Eco-Block, waste can be controlled by designing to Eco-Block modules. When designed to use ¼, ½, 1/3, or full modules, you cut down waste to around 1%. Minimizing waste means a safer, cleaner worksite, and reduced or eliminated tip fees.
