Conseal® - Seamless Coating Systems
Conseal® is the most cost efficient method to seal and enhance the aesthetic quality of any solid substrate like concrete, masonry, cement render, timber, gyprock, villa-board, fibreglass and many types of polymers.
Conseal® has two main Seamless coating systems;
Solo™ and Cameo™, and both have unlimited colour selections.
Solo™ is a single colour system that uses solid pigments e.g., grey, red, yellow et al, or any combination of individual solid pigments e.g., red with white stripes, black & white checkers, yellow with black stripes, grey floor with red walkways etc.
Seamless flooring systems are used in the automotive, food, medical and commercial industries, as well as Government & private offices, child-care, private & public schools, TAFE & university campuses, hospitality, retail and supermarket environments.
Cameo™ is a unique system that creates the impression of beautiful polished stone, similar to terrazzo or granite.
Cameo™ and Solo™ are chemical, graffiti, stain, fade and acid proof, and can be blended to suite any architectural or design requirement.
Cameo™ and Solo™ can be blended and applied in compliance with any OH&S required anti-slip factor, or as smooth as glass. Both systems rely upon a matrix of multi-layer epoxies and urethanes which collectively achieve a finished surface hardness of up to, or exceeding, 90mpa, allowing any spilt substance or unwanted stain to be wiped clean, even spray-paint. Due to the inherent hardness, finished surfaces are impervious to bacteria or mould spores making it ideal for children, food, or medical environments.
Either system can be used to create striking artistic patterns, embossed corporate logos, or simply to enhance the safety and aesthetics of any flooring environment, Cameo™ is also practical for indoor uses like kitchen work-tops, bathrooms, enclosed patios, rumpus rooms, and anywhere a hard, easy maintenance surface is required.
Seamless coating systems are perfect for work areas that require tanking or are subject to frequent hosing i.e., industrial kitchens, health facilities, laboratories, public amenity blocks etc, as unlike conventional flooring alternatives, Seamless systems eliminate expansion, butt, or floor-to-wall joints, in which residue and moisture retention leads to bacteria, mould and algae blooms.
